Kent Manufacturing is committed to creating supply base partnerships that are diverse, dynamic and help us to continually deliver value to our markets. The goal of the Kent Manufacturing’s Supplier Diversity Program is to develop and maintain a more inclusive supply base through our commitment to the discovery and development of diverse suppliers, including:
- Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE)
- Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBE)
- Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB Zone).
The Kent Manufacturing Supplier Diversity program is designed to connect qualified diverse businesses with Kent Manufacturing’s various sourcing opportunities. This program also provides Kent Manufacturing’s employees with more visibility into the dynamic pool of diverse suppliers.
Diverse suppliers interested in doing business with Kent Manufacturing are encouraged to complete Kent Manufacturing’s Supplier Registration Process.

Our sourcing organization and others involved in the procurement process are expected to adhere to this policy by integrating supplier diversity into their business strategies, making good faith efforts to include diverse suppliers in sourcing events where applicable, and continually striving to improve our spend with diverse suppliers. Our Supplier Diversity Program is designed to support adherence to this policy and drive Company-wide cooperation.
